Organizational Structure for R&D in Core Technology Areas
1. National Technology Center
The Group operates a National Enterprise Technology Center and an Academician Workstation, focusing on breakthroughs in core technologies for special-purpose vehicles, new energy vehicles, and emergency response equipment. By 2026, R&D investment is projected to account for 4.5% of revenue.
2. Industry-Academia-Research Collaboration Network
The Group has established joint laboratories with Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan University of Technology, and other universities to conduct research on new energy power systems and intelligent driving technologies, training more than 500 automotive professionals annually.

1. New Energy Technologies
Develop all-electric sanitation vehicles (such as water trucks and garbage trucks) for mass production, with a range exceeding 300 kilometers.
Expand into hydrogen fuel cell and hybrid technologies; the Wuhan facility plans to begin production of natural gas vehicles.
2. Smart Upgrades
Develop a smart municipal vehicle fleet equipped with remote diagnostic systems (e.g., the NEOM New City project in Saudi Arabia). Develop hydraulic stabilization systems for engineering vehicles and oxygen efficiency compensation technology (suitable for operations at altitudes of 5,500 meters).
